Bugs & technical issues — Found something broken? We need details to fix it fast. Tell us:
Which tool went wrong
What you were trying to do when it broke
Your browser and device (Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone, whatever)
The more specific you are, the faster we can reproduce and fix it. “It doesn’t work” helps nobody. “The HTML minifier strips out inline SVG when I paste code from Figma” — now we’re talking.

“Are your tools actually free?”
Yeah. Completely. No hidden charges, no “free trial” nonsense, no subscription traps. We said free and we meant it.
“Do you store what I type?”
Nope. Everything processes in your browser. We don’t see it, don’t store it, don’t sell it. Privacy isn’t a feature for us — it’s the default. We literally can’t access your data even if we wanted to.
“I found a security issue — who do I tell?”
Email us immediately at security@seobricxtool.com. We take this seriously. No blame, no drama, just fixes. If you help us find something, we’ll actually thank you properly.
